Viperlair reviewed the Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200.9 hard drive. This drive comes with 16MB of cache, a 5-year warranty and supports NCQ (Native Command Queuing). Viperlair liked the solid performance of the Barracuda 7200.9, however, users will hardly notice a benefit with NCQ or the bigger cache but this can change with upcoming applications.
