Intel Pentium D 805 @ Neoseeker
Neoseeker has looked at the budget dual-core CPU Intel Pentium D 805. This processor is a lower performance version of the 820/830/840 family of dual core CPUs. It features a 533 MHz FSB and two cores with 2.66 GHz and 1 MB L2 cache per core. Neoseeker awards it the ‘Value Award’, writing in the conclusion:
I would not hesitate to reccomend this processor to an enthusiast with a tight budget, and heck, I’d even recommend it over faster single core Intel processors for home / business PC’s. I dare say that the 805 D could very well be one of the best budget overclockers in history.
